Exchanges and Returns

  • Exchanges and returns can be made within 21 days of your order (the date you placed your order). To do so, please email us at sales@theinsideoutstudios with your order number, reason for exchange, email address used to place the order
  • After your exchange/returns has been processed, it must be sent to us via registered mail. Postage fees for the first exchange will be covered by The Inside Out Studios, while any additional exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Return postage fees will be borne by the customer
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without stains, with tags still intact 
  • If the returned item does not meet our terms and conditions, it will be sent back to you, and the delivery fee will be the customer's responsibility.
  • We only offer returns in the form of store credits. 
  • Items purchased during sales/promotional period are final. No exchanges or refunds are eligible. 

 

I received a faulty item. 

We are so sorry you received a faulty item. Please email us at sales@theinsideoutstudios with your order number and pictures of the faulty item and we will get it rectified for you. We will cover the costs of postage returns for faulty items. However, if we deem the item not faulty, you are liable for any delivery costs.

 

*Do note that all returns will be refunded through store credits.
